FAQ’S
  1. What products do you use? We use products from many different manufacturers such as Meguiars, Optimum Polymer Technologies, Menzerna, P21S, Four Star Products, Pinnacle, Wheel Wax, Mothers, Eagle One, Zymol, and Wolfgang, as well as many other great high end manufacturers.
  1. Where can I find out more about the products you use? The best way is to Google search each manufacturer and look over the product description of the product you would like to know more about.
  1. Why are machine and touchless car washes bad? There are several reasons, but the main reasons are:
  1. What kind of wash media do you use to wash vehicles? We never use brushes on painted surfaces! We use only the softest micro fiber, chenille, and sponges available on your paint.
  1. What is paint correction? Paint correction is swirl mark, scratch, chip, oxidation, and defect removal from your vehicles paint.
  1. What is a clay bar and why do I need it? It is literally a bar of clay that we glide over the surface of the paint with a clay lube to remove imbedded contaminants from the paint making the surface of the paint as smooth as ice in preparation to apply a paint sealant or wax.
  1. What is the “two bucket method?” Two buckets, one with water and wash soap, and the other bucket just has clean water. You dip the wash media into the soap bucket and wash one section of the vehicle, then before dipping back into the soap bucket, you dip the wash media into the clean water bucket to remove the dirt and grit so that you don’t induce swirl marks and marring of the paint.
  1. Why are detergent soaps bad for washing my vehicle? They dry out your seals and plastic trim, and also strip any and all protection such as waxes and sealants from your vehicles paint.
  1. What is the difference between a paint sealant and a wax? As many of you know, waxes have been around for as long as you can remember. Waxes do a couple of things that benefit your paint:

The benefits of sealants, on the other hand, are:

  1. What products will you use on my vehicle? There are many factors that determine what products we will use on your vehicle, such as paint color, type of paint, condition of vehicle, weather, location, etc. Nearly every vehicle and situation is different. We are always happy to discuss exactly what products and media will be used on your vehicle.
  1. Do you offer multiple vehicle discounts? Absolutely, just ask!
  1. How often do I need a “full” detail? This is really based on the usage your vehicle sees on a daily basis. We generally recommend a full detail on a daily driven vehicle once or twice a year.
  1. I live far away, will you travel to detail? We will travel anywhere you need us to go. The extra expense will depend on where and how far we need to travel to get your job done. We are very realistic with expenses, but we do expect to be compensated for our time and travel.
  1. Do your waxes leave behind a white residue or stain my black trim? No! Not one product that we will ever use on your vehicle will stain your black trim or leave behind a nasty white residue in any of your vehicle’s cracks or crevices.
